What Bidcliq Academy is
Bidcliq Academy is a tool for auditing and learning about programmatic advertising supply chains. It reads publicly published files (ads.txt, sellers.json) and, in the Inspect tool, loads a public page to read its ad-tech configuration. It is provided for analysis and education.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Bidcliq Academy lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Inspect tool on pages you are not authorized to analyze, or in violation of a site’s terms.
- Attempt to overload the service, circumvent rate limits, or access non-public systems.
- Use the service to facilitate fraud, malware distribution, or other unlawful activity.
- Resell or redistribute the service as your own without permission.
Accuracy and no warranty
Bidcliq Academy analyzes live, third-party data that changes constantly, and some analysis is heuristic. Findings, scores, and AI-generated explanations are provided as is, for guidance, and may be incomplete or wrong. Verify anything you act on. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Your content
You retain rights to anything you paste or submit. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service (for example, sending audit-derived text to the AI provider to generate an explanation).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidcliq Academy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the service's output.
Changes
These terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
